As a Recruitment Assistant/Researcher, you will work with a successful recruitment consultant to help companies (often listed and international companies) with experienced interim managers and qualified specialists. Our work is characterized by a clear structure and an elaborate methodology that enables us to deliver the market's most suitable candidates in a matter of days. It requires a performance-oriented work pace that will largely characterize your daily work. Your job will be to work with an experienced recruitment consultant to exceed client and candidate expectations by driving the process, from requirements gathering to the arrival of the consultant in question.
Duties and responsibilities:
- Tillsammans med rekryteringskonsulten ansvara för leveransprocessen av seniora interimskonsulter till våra kunder.
- Identify, contact and conduct initial telephone reconciliation with interim candidates
- Structured administration ongoing in business systems during each assignment process
- Ad hoc administration, coordination and practical matters
- Coordinate and manage meetings with external parties
- Identifiera kandidater i affärssystem och via research för pågående rekryteringsuppdrag
- Telephone interviews with candidates and reference checks
- Create candidate presentations
- Handling of applications
- Continuous updates in CRM systems

- Previous experience as a recruitment assistant and/or researcher is an advantage
