Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint a Nordic Controller for a Nordic company operating in the real estate and rental sector. The company has operations in Sweden, Finland, and Denmark, with its head office in Stockholm.
The position of Nordic Controller reports to the Finance Director of the company and has a broad portfolio of responsibilities. These include:
- Act as a contact person for outsourced services in auditing, accounting, tax, and compliance.
- Manage the monthly closing process at the Nordic level
- Develop reports for investors, the board, and banks on a monthly basis
- External and internal audit process, including development of policies and procedures within compliance and governance
- Manage projects in outsourcing, organization, taxes
To be eligible for the position, you are a self-motivated and solution-oriented person who enjoys sharing knowledge and seeking new learning opportunities. Solid knowledge of accounting (Microsoft Dynamics AX is an advantage) and at least 5 years of experience in an international environment are required.
