Interim Search has been tasked with appointing an interim Head of Digital at Profoto AB—an exciting assignment for anyone who wants to work with digital transformation in a creative environment. Profoto is a world leader in lighting equipment for professional photography and has enjoyed strong profitability and growth since its inception in 2010.
Profoto AB has a turnover of SEK 500 million (2015) and sells its own products through subsidiaries and retailers. It is established in 15 countries. The company has new, modern premises in Sundbyberg and 120 employees. Your role as interim Head of Digital is to be the product owner and take a hands-on approach to the user experience on the website and online, as well as taking Profoto to the next level in its digital journey. You will report to the Marketing Manager.
Responsibilities:
- Product owner for user experience (UX) on website and online platforms currently under development.
- Project manage and coordinate online content, projects, and campaigns in over 15 markets and 10 languages.
- Drive traffic and conversion through SEO, SEM, and social media advertising in collaboration with media agencies.
- In-depth analysis, qualitative review, and continuous reporting of key insights.
- Continuous improvement of UX in close collaboration with the digital team, as well as instrumental management of UX for planned and upcoming website upgrades.
Who we are looking for:
- You have recently worked as a Web Manager, Head of Digital, Product Owner, or Project Manager at a web agency.
- Responsible for the website, design/UX issues, and digital business.
- Experience in e-commerce and B2C is required.
- You are a meticulous project manager who enjoys working both strategically and operationally and can handle many different tasks, including global web services.
- You perform well under pressure and are very good at communicating, prioritizing, and solving problems.
- You have several years of professional experience as a web manager/product owner for medium to large websites and are passionate about design and digital work.
- It is important that you are humble and feel comfortable working in cross-functional teams, but also working independently when necessary.
Merit criteria:
- Previous experience of project management for medium to large projects.
- Good understanding of UI/UX and user-driven design.
- Strong understanding of SEO/SEM and social advertising to drive traffic and engagement
- Good understanding of Google Analytics and works with both data-driven and qualitative insights to create change and growth.
- Very good understanding of the development of new online services.
- Good understanding of agile working methods and tools (e.g., JIRA).
About the recruitment process:
