Interim Chief Financial Officer
Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an interim Chief Financial Officer at Patriam AB, a housing development company focused on condominiums in Stockholm. Patriam is part of the Ebab Group, one of Sweden’s largest independent consulting firms specializing in project and real estate development.
The Chief Financial Officer is responsible for providing support and fostering involvement in both projects and the company's overall finances.
Examples of areas of responsibility include:
- Lead the financial statement preparation process and ensure coordination with the Ebab Group
- Lead the budget process and contribute to the business plan
- Be responsible for financial matters in the projects, such as investment proposals, cost estimates, and financial plans
- Manage communication with the financial administrator when Patriam is responsible for that
- Contribute to issues related to condominium ownership, such as bylaws, agreements, etc.
- Maintain relationships with investors
- Participate in the management team's work
To be considered for this position, you should hold a degree in business administration and have 5–10 years of experience as a finance manager in the housing sector or a related industry. Experience in housing development, specifically with condominiums, is a plus. Patriam is a company with a small staff but with large and complex responsibilities. Great importance will be placed on personality and the ability to fit into the company’s culture and work environment. There is a possibility of permanent employment. The interim assignment is expected to last 3–6 months and will begin on February 1.
