We are urgently seeking two new board members for a highly innovative company that combines research, innovative technology, and energy storage to deliver low-energy concepts for buildings.
Main duties:•
- Has experience in strategically developing growth companies in the service sector.
- Has the knowledge/ability to develop and structure board work.
- Has experience of contributing to the board's work towards realizing the objectives in the owner directive.
- Be involved and act as a sounding board for other board members.
- Results-oriented, committed, strategic, and unpretentious, with the time and interest to actively contribute to the company's board work.
- Scope & Compensation (5-6 physical or “TEAMS board meetings,” including 1-2 strategy days as needed.
- Compensation as agreed.
To be eligible for roles, you must:
- Confident in a leadership role and with several years of experience in a managerial position, who thrives in an operational leadership role.
- Experience of active board work.
- Experience of leading development and change initiatives.
- Relevant academic education.
- Experience in the energy industry and/or the real estate industry.
About the process:
The assignment is initially for 12 months but will lead to continued work on the board if the parties agree.
