Interim Vice President & Head of Business Area

Main duties:

• Drive change related to digitization, growth, and development of commercial activities
• Central part of the management team
• Several direct reports internationally
• Responsible for strategic and operational management of the sales organization
• Develop the sales and marketing function to meet targets in line with the company's strategy
• Responsible for sales, results, and achieving budget targets
• Implement and develop KPIs and activities to meet these
• Develop direct reporting managers in terms of leadership and goal management
• Continuously develop and optimize customer offerings
• Overall management of market planning and development of market position

To be eligible for the role, you have:

• Several years of experience driving and leading transformation in an international context
• Background from a high-transaction environment, such as telecom or fintech
• Solid experience working in group management
• Documented leadership experience
• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English

About the process: 

The assignment (2496) is expected to last 12 months, starting immediately. We will present candidates on March 15, and interviews with the client company will take place on March 16.
