For an international company with a turnover of 10 billion and 900 employees, we are immediately looking for a driven Management Consultant. Responsible for driving activities such as workforce planning, budget process, succession planning, year-end compensation review, and engagement evaluation development. Additionally, drive strategic initiatives connected to organizational development, Purpose Journey, Mental Wellbeing, and Leadership Growth, depending on specific business needs. You will be part of a team with global specialist functions within the Finance sector under high-speed and fast-growth circumstances. You are expected to individually drive and enable strategic direction and take ownership over business function development, specifically (but not limited to) the people dimension.
Scope & Responsibilities:
In this role, you are a true Business Partner and belong to a high-performing HR team. You partner with global specialist functions within the Finance sector under high-speed and fast-growth circumstances. You are expected to individually drive and enable strategic direction and take ownership over business function development, specifically (but not limited to) the people dimension. This includes recruiting the right talents (in collaboration with HeadHunters and insourced Recruiters), top-quality onboarding, and development of Leaders and staff.
Candidate profile:
- Legal, HR, and/or finance academic background.
- Primarily experience from finance, consulting, and/or tech industries.
- Used to work in performance-driven, fast-paced environments.
- Naturally likes and relates to numbers, calculations, and Comp & Ben.
- Strategic, but also speed and quality in getting operational tasks done.
- Project management skills and experience in dealing with senior and sometimes demanding stakeholders.
- Experience from talent-oriented environments with a talent architect mindset.
- Experience in handling significant growth, scaling, and complexity.
- Proven track record of strong performance even in demanding circumstances.
- Fluent in professional English, both spoken and written.
- Advantage: Management consultant Background.
About the process:
The assignment is for approximately 8-10 months, with immediate start. We present candidates for the board on an ongoing basis.
