Interim Search has been tasked with appointing an interim CFO to a small, growing company in Lund that has just begun international expansion.
In the role of interim CFO, you will lead the work of the finance department and ensure that accounting is carried out in accordance with both internal and external requirements. The role involves overall responsibility for the objectives, strategies, and guidelines that apply to finance in accordance with the business plan and budget. You will analyze the business from a profitability and cost perspective and act as a financial sounding board for the CEO and other members of the management team.
To be eligible for the position, you must have recently served as CFO of a small or medium-sized company, have experience with listed companies, and preferably with the integration of acquisitions.
The assignment is expected to start in mid-December and is expected to last six months, with a good chance of continuation. It is considered an advantage to be open to discussing employment after the end of the assignment.
