Interim Chief Financial Officer
Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an interim Finance Manager for an IT company in central Stockholm with 22 employees. The company's newly appointed CEO wants to review the finance function and improve the quality of accounting and reporting and financial management. The assignment is part-time.
Your assignment begins in a first step with the completion of the annual accounts, which must be in by the end of November. The next step is to conduct a review of the company's financial function, which today consists of an internal Accounting Economist and external Accounting Consultant as well as a payroll office in order to improve quality and enable accurate monthly reporting to the CEO and Board. The company needs to review routines and processes, including how to work with project accounting. Finally, the assignment is to review the company's budget and forecasts, financing plan and liquidity management in relation to the strategic plan. They have just switched to K3 accounting.
To be relevant for the assignment, you have recently been a financial manager or financial manager in a smaller company and have the skills to put together an annual report and annual report in collaboration with an accounting consultant.
The assignment will start in November 2016 and last part-time for three months. The occupancy rate may vary and flexibility from the client company is available. We will present candidates on Wednesday 9/11 at 10:00 am and interviews at the client company on the following days.
