Interim CEO
Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an interim CEO to a well-known company in real estate management based in Stockholm. The company has a turnover of SEK 500 million and has about a hundred employees.
As Interim Manager, you will be ultimately responsible for the commercial, structural and efficient development of the business. Central to this is developing the entrepreneurial spirit of the company. You will be expected to have the ability to be involved at a detailed level while maintaining a strategic perspective. The expectation is also that as interim CEO you will:
- Developing the company's strategy for continued success in the medium and long term
- Implement the new business model aimed at expanding the customer offer
- Develop commercial processes and create even better conditions for doing business
- Develop marketing communications to develop the company's brand
- Develop the company's digitalization, which is one of its strongest competitive advantages
- Develop financial management together with the CFO
To be considered for the assignment, you will have proven experience in property management and have driven change in a similar context in the near future. The assignment will start according to discussion with the Chairman of the Board and will be ongoing pending permanent recruitment. Otherwise, it is considered a strong merit if you meet the other points:
- Worked close to business with entrepreneurial experience
- Experienced manager with a habit of leading through leaders
- Worked in service production
- Experience in building and developing corporate cultures
- Proven success in developing businesses towards revenue and profit targets
- Developed processes and financial functions
