Interim Senior Executive Recruiter

As a temporary recruitment partner, you will be part of a team of fifteen highly skilled employees with a passionate commitment to recruitment issues. Our team is characterized by community, joy and good cooperation where we work together to develop recruitment work within the organization. We are looking for an experienced recruitment partner with a focus on managerial recruitment, you will work closely with the operations and in each individual recruitment you are responsible for ensuring that the recruiting manager has the right conditions to end the process with an employment.

You will have overall responsibility for running recruitment processes from start to finish, working independently on several processes in parallel. The work means that you are responsible for the entire recruitment assignment, which in each step includes both all administration that belongs to a recruitment process, as well as being a consultative support for the recruiting manager. We work with competence-based recruitment as a methodology to ensure the best match and quality in our recruitment work.

Main duties:

• Ensure that all stages of the recruitment process, from the initial meeting and requirements profile to the offer of employment, are carried out.
• Establish a close working relationship with hiring managers, in a consultative role providing professional support and good service.
• Helping to establish close cooperation with your colleagues in the team.
