Interim Recruitment Consultant

In the role of HR consultant, you will provide qualified administrative support to managers in their recruitment processes.

Main duties:

• The job involves being responsible for and providing support throughout the entire recruitment process.
• The recruitment process includes needs and requirements profile analysis, design of advertisements and advertising plans, scheduling, selection work, interviews, tests, reference checks, documentation, and follow-up on completed recruitment.
• In this role, you may also be responsible for training initiatives and presentations in the field of recruitment in various forums within our sectors.
• As an HR consultant specializing in recruitment, you will collaborate with all sectors and coordinate and tailor solutions to create added value and efficient processes.

To be eligible for the role:

• We believe that you have studied HR or PA at college or university.
• At least 2 years of previous experience working in recruitment.
• Good communication skills.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

About the process:

The assignment is expected to last six months, starting on February 1, 2022. Candidates will be presented on an ongoing basis from the final application date of January 24, 2022, and client interviews will take place in the days immediately following.
