Interim Controller

Nils is an exceptionally experienced Business Controller. During the first years of his career, he worked as BC for a telecom company to advance to Head of Revenue Control for a transport company and later Nordic Controller for a well-known IT company and then Chief Controller, Financial Manager and Group Business Controller for an energy company. His experience as an employee has included intensive work with profitability programs, control models, total analysis of contract chain, development of new sales targets and development of new incentive programs. For the past five years, he has been working as an interim consultant and takes assignments as a senior interim Business Controller.

Nils is happy to work with the CFO to identify and implement profitability improvement programs. He comes into his own as an interim manager in companies that need to build up a controlling function or improve their financial management, preferably in connection with preparing a future sale.
