Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an interim CFO for a billion-dollar group based in the Gothenburg area.
In the role of interim CFO, you will be responsible for the group's entire finance function and support the group's CEO.
Main duties
- Managing the finance department
- Act as a sounding board for the Group CEO
- Further develop economic business management for increased efficiency and profitability
- Working towards the board and owners
To be eligible for the role
- Many years of experience in the CFO role
- Experienced interim consultant
- Background from listed, international environment
- Experience from major international companies
- Relevant academic education
- Experience in M&A would be an advantage
About the process
The assignment is full-time, expected to start on November 1 and last for 6 months.
