Interim Chief Financial Officer
Interim Search has been commissioned to fill the position of Interim Chief Financial Officer at a construction company.
As Interim Chief Financial Officer, you will work at the operational level and lead, among other things, the ongoing efforts to streamline financial processes. You will be a member of the management team and report to the CFO.
Main duties:
- Responsibility for leading and coordinating the finance department, which consists of 3 employees
- Responsibility for day-to-day accounting, reporting, financial statements, and development
- Project Management
- Streamlining, improving, and synchronizing financial processes
- Financial business support for all operational activities.
- Responsibility for Internal Control
- Experience with the step-by-step profit recognition method is a plus
To stay up to date:
- College degree, Bachelor of Business Administration or equivalent.
- Experience with efficiency improvement and change management
- Experience in providing instructional guidance and structuring financial processes, even among non-financiers
- System knowledge and an interest in system processes
- Project Management Experience
- You are solution-oriented, a good listener, and a strong communicator, and you want to work in an operational role
About the process:
This is a full-time position expected to last approximately 15 months, starting immediately.
