Interim Search har fått i uppdrag att tillsätta en interim Talent Acquisition Manager inom HR Recruitment till ett globalt It-bolag.

In the role of Talent Acquisition Manager within HR Recruitment, you will have an important role in attracting the right skills to an international IT company with over 20 billion in turnover and 120,000 employees. The company is building a new structure in the Nordic region and right now with focus in Sweden.

Main duties:

Developing the recruitment strategy and recruitment process, as well as the actual implementation of recruitments.
Utveckla “Employer Brading” för bolaget i Sverige, samt hantera och styra utvecklingen av företagets Talent Acquistion
Work with internal teams and hiring managers to assist with recruitment efforts.
Identifiera och kommunicera information externt & internt om nuvarande öppna roller inom organisationen
Manage the recruitment process, including initial assessments, interviews and offers.
Arbeta aktivt med “sourcing” utveckla talangspool och strategiskt utvärdera medverkan i olika sociala engagemang.
Utveckla relationer med tredjepartsrekryteringsbyråer och bemanningsföretag samt utveckla inköpsprocesser och uppföljningsverktyg.

To be eligible for the role, you have:

Experience in the above tasks
Academic degree in HR or equivalent
Many years of experience in broad international HR work
Experience in operational and creative HR work in a multicultural environment
Strong communicator and good at establishing contacts and developing business
You enjoy fast-paced work and want to contribute with energy and commitment
Fluent in English language in speech and writing

About the process:
