Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an Interim Unit Manager at a municipality in central Sweden.
Main duties
- Human resources, financial and operational responsibilities
- Drive, develop and monitor the business against set targets
- Leading, supporting and developing the skills of staff
- Create a good working environment and contribute to being an attractive workplace
- Responsible for priorities, resource allocation and implementation capacity
- Contribute to a stable and clear organization and platform to build on
To be eligible for the role
- Academic degree in construction or civil engineering or other field deemed relevant by the employer
- A few years of proven management experience with human resources, financial and operational responsibilities
- Experience in design or project/construction management
- Work experience in the construction industry
- Good knowledge of the Office package
- Driving license with B category
- You have a good command of the Swedish language, both spoken and written, so that you can communicate with colleagues and other staff and document in writing what the business requires in our systems
