Interim Corporate Lawyer

Main duties:

• General business law such as contract law, sales law and intellectual property law
• Related law such as company law, IT law and data protection issues
• Assist the existing legal department
• Responsible for contacts in both the public and private sectors
• Reports to the Chief Financial Officer

To be eligible for the role, you have:

• Many years of broad experience in a similar position or employment in the near future
• Experience as a company lawyer
• Experience from a law firm
• Very good experience in general business law
• Experience in different areas of law, such as company law, intellectual property law, insurance law and data protection law is an advantage

About the process:

The assignment starts on August 30 and is expected to last for 12 months with the possibility of extension. The scope is full time, alternatively 75% if interested. Presentation of candidates will take place on August 17 and interviews with the client company will take place on August 18.
