Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an interim Group Accounting Manager for an international venture capital tech/e-commerce group in Stockholm.
In the role of interim Group Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for a team of about 30 people globally, who work with current accounting, tax, IFRS and consolidation. You will be the driving force and overall responsible for digitizing, automating and streamlining how you work. You will report to the Group CFO and be a member of the Group's financial management team with representatives from Internal Audit, Treasury, Accounting, Business Control, Finance and IT.
To be eligible for the role, you have:
- Proven excellent leadership skills from international companies
- Experience in preparing a company for IPO and preferably had a similar role in a listed company
- Experience in running a shared service center
- Experience working with D365 is a merit
- Experienced in similar change journeys
- Experience in digitizing and automating, preferably from a tech/e-commerce company
- Fully fluent in spoken and written English with experience of working in an international multicultural business culture

The assignment is expected to last up to 12 months, starting no later than mid-August.
