Interim Senior Project Manager

Main duties:

The consulting assignment is to project manage and drive the process where the company will establish a new long-term strategy and business plan for the next 3-5 years.

• Ultimately responsible for the management, planning, development and implementation of new business plan for the company.
• Contribute to the preparation of a new marketing plan for 2021-2024.
• Process management of the implementation of the new e-commerce platform.
• Process management of implementation of new financial and business system.
• Contribute to the establishment of a new reporting structure and a new composition of the Board.
• Evaluate and implement new recruitments.
• You will report to and work closely with the CEO of the company.

To be eligible for the role, you have:

• Very good experience in working with analysis and critical evaluation and current situation analysis in and by companies.
• You have a holistic approach and financial know-how - and the ability to drive development work.
• Previous experience as a management consultant and experience of working with and on boards of small and medium-sized enterprises.
• You have an unpretentious leadership style that is present and engaging.
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both Swedish and English.
• You have a background in economics and are likely to hold an MBA.
