Interim Search has been tasked with appointing an interim Production Manager for a manufacturing food group in central Sweden.
To be relevant to the role, you have:
- Relevant post-secondary education or equivalent work experience
- Experience in human resources management
- Experience of working with health and safety in industry
- Experience in planning and activity management
- Experience of working with follow-up of KPIs and activities
- Experience in working with continuous improvement
- Experience in management and governance for standardization
- Good skills in IT systems (ERP, Office suite, etc.)
- Very good knowledge of Swedish in both speech and writing
- Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written
