Interim Head of Product Development
Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an Interim Head of Product Development for an international company in the Gothenburg area.
You will lead a unit of about 7-10 employees, all of whom are niche in their expertise.
Main duties:
- Overall responsibility for the Product Engineering and Development department
- Personnel responsibility
- Managing and running projects, work processes and workflows
- Budget responsibility
- Drive and monitor product issues, laws and regulations
- Driving and supporting a growing organization
- Drive product communication within the Swedish organization, as well as internationally
To stay up to date:
- Civil engineer or similar
- Proven experience as a leader and manager
- Technical experience
- Many years of experience in product development - flows and processes
- Experienced Project Manager
- Communicative and driven
