Interim Marketing Manager
Interim Search has been commissioned to fill the position of Interim Marketing Director at one of Sweden's largest credit management companies:
Main duties:;
- Build a New Marketing Department (Relaunch).
- Formulation and implementation of the company's future market position.
- Development of a new brand strategy and strategic initiatives.
- Prospecting (MQL/SQL pipeline).
- Get started and take a hands-on approach to B2B email marketing, which is a major area of focus moving forward.
- Internal communication platform – “employer branding.”.
- Development of campaigns, “content creation,” presentation materials, landing pages, etc.
- Focus on B2B and coordination at the Nordic level.
- Works with system support solutions such as Apsis One and Microsoft Dynamics.
- Is a member of the company's executive team and reports to the CEO.
To be eligible for the role;
- A strategic, experienced individual with a willingness to get down to the nitty-gritty.
- Focused on tactics and operations, yet with strategic perspective and experience.
- Experience in the financial sector is a plus.
- Has a strong ability to oversee and establish a common thread in all external and internal communication, across channels such as email marketing, the website, and social media.
- Experience working in a matrix organization where you have collaborated with several subsidiaries.
- Holds a bachelor's or master's degree in marketing, economics, management, or a related field.
