Interim Business Controller

Anna is an experienced controller who has held both permanent positions and consulting assignments as a project controller in the transportation sector. She has served as head of a controlling department, with responsibility for personnel, reporting to headquarters, project cost estimates, actual results, budgeting and forecasting, as well as leading projects focused on improving procedures and processes. In recent years, she has established herself as an effective interim consultant, taking on operational and demanding assignments where she has been tasked with developing financial management systems. She is currently wrapping up an assignment as a Business Controller for one of our clients in the retail sector.
