Interim Controller

Pål quickly advanced to become Finance Manager for a subsidiary within a Swedish group. He soon realized that he prefers to work as a specialist in analytical finance roles and now has eight years of experience in interim controller assignments. The size and industry of the client has varied, but the needs have been similar: responsibility for liquidity monitoring, financial statements, financial statement analysis, investigations, financial reporting, documentation projects, compilation and analysis of sales statistics, and development of the finance department's processes and procedures.
