Interim CEO
Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an interim CEO for a company in Skåne/Stockholm. The business is global, but can be managed from Sweden.
Main duties:
- Leading the organization with a strong commercial focus
- Running the company in a build-up phase and under rapid development
- Managing a team of ten employees and consultants
- Creating growth in foreign markets
To be eligible for the role, you have:
- Academic degree, preferably in a scientific field
- Experience of leading listed companies as CEO with a commercial focus
- Background in medical device companies, preferably in the build-up phase
- Experience from entrepreneurial companies with active and driving owners
- Experience in communicating with financial market, dealing with investors and raising capital
About the process:
The assignment is expected to last 9 months with an estimated start in mid-February. We will present candidates on January 27 and interviews at the client company will take place the following day.
