Interim Senior Project Manager
Interim Search has been commissioned to fill an interim Senior Project Manager position at a billion-krona corporation in Västra Götaland.
In the role of Interim Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for optimizing the company’s entire value chain related to packaging solutions. Your task is to develop everything from packaging to logistics and transportation, as well as to drive sustainability initiatives with the goal of, among other things, minimizing plastic consumption.
You will have significant responsibility for managing the project independently and are therefore expected to take a strong sense of ownership, work with a high level of commitment, and manage a variety of stakeholders.
To be eligible for the role, you have:
- Background in the retail industry
- Documented experience leading transformation initiatives aimed at harmonizing and streamlining the supply chain from packaging through delivery to the end customer
- Strong knowledge of LEAN and sustainability initiatives
- Several years of experience in warehousing and logistics
About the process:
The assignment is expected to begin immediately and continue throughout 2021, under 50%. The work will be conducted remotely, with occasional trips to the headquarters in Västra Götaland.
