Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an interim Transformation Leader for a medium-sized company in the Gothenburg area.
In the role of interim Transformation Leader, you will join a changing growth company that has ambitions to develop its customer service department. Your primary focus in the assignment is to plan, lead and drive a full-scale digitization of the customer service function and its processes.
To be considered for the role, you have a proven track record of having implemented several digitalizations in customer service. Your background is in a medium-sized manufacturing or production growth company.
About the process:
The assignment is expected to start in January and last for 6-9 months. Interviews at the client company will take place on December 16.
