Interim Search has been appointed to recruit an interim Sales Director for a company in Helsinki.
Main tasks:
- Part of the Nordic management team
- Operational management of sales team
- Coach the sales team and follow up on activities
- Develop the company's cultural values
- Follow up in the SAP CRM business system
- Reporting to the Nordic CEO
Who we are looking for:
- You have an academic degree that is considered relevant to the role
- You have solid experience from coaching sales manager roles
- You are fluent in Finnish and have a command of the language in both speech and writing.
- Desirable if you have a background in the medical technology industry
About the process:
The assignment is set to last for 6 months, starting in January. There are good opportunities for employment at the end of the assignment.
