She started in controller roles and was then recruited as finance manager for a Swedish food company in southern Sweden. Her personnel responsibilities grew over time and she managed the financial control with good results. This paved the way for her next position in a group environment. For the past three years, Katarina has been an interim consultant and is frequently hired by reputable clients – she has worked in logistics companies, cosmetics companies, e-commerce and industry, among others.
