Emma has a background in accounting and auditing and was recruited to her first controller role about 20 years ago. It was for a global billion-dollar logistics company, and since then she has continued in similar roles in companies with high-volume products, including the pharmaceutical industry and FMCG. Almost exclusively, the companies have operated in an international market where Emma has been responsible for financial management for the Nordic countries and reported to foreign parent companies. Her most recent assignment ended recently, where she was responsible for compiling budgets and forecasts and conducting analysis work linked to KPIs. In addition, she served as a business decision support and sounding board for company management in maximizing results and profitability.
With solid experience in business controlling and analysis, Emma is a valuable asset to any company. She is best suited to medium-sized and large companies with fast-moving products.
