She has primarily worked in the manufacturing and industrial sectors, but has also gained experience in the retail industry and at a finance company. Despite a relatively recent start to her interim career, she has held several broad and varied roles and possesses the ability to be both strategic and operational. Beata’s two most recent assignments were with medium-sized and large global companies, where she was responsible for up to ten employees, served on the management team, and oversaw monthly financial statements, accruals, and consolidated reporting. At the smaller company, she provided operational and business support to the CEO, including helping to implement and drive through system improvements and efficiency measures related to reporting.
