Fabien is an internationally experienced interim consultant with many years of experience in Finance and General Management roles in France. He has worked for the last 10 years in Sweden and has, among other things, been the head of the Business Controller function of one of the major mobile phone operators with a staff responsibility for 10 people. In his last position he was CFO for a small listed biotech company where he worked operationally with financial control, budget & forecast, financial statements, payroll and had responsibility for the HR and IT functions. He has recently completed an interim assignment as Controller for a beverage company with a focus on monitoring and streamlining cash flow and working capital.
