Interim Chief Executive Officer
Interim Search is currently seeking an interim Director of Public Works for an assignment in Skåne. The assignment involves leading and developing the public works department. You will be responsible for an organization comprising various units, including planning, streets/parks/ports, building permits, real estate, and water and sewer services.
The department consists of 80 employees. The role involves overseeing strategic planning and development issues within the department. The primary responsibility during the term of the appointment is to lead and develop the department into a well-functioning organization where all resources are utilized optimally.
To be eligible for this assignment, you must have served as a Head of Administration with responsibility for at least 50 employees—either as a full-time employee or as an interim consultant—in recent years, and you must reside in Skåne or be able to commute weekly. The assignment is to be carried out from February 1, 2016, through December 31, 2016.
