Simon began his management career as production manager at a medium-sized company in the forestry industry. He took on a great deal of responsibility with over 30 subordinates and managed projects worth over SEK 200 million. Simon then advanced to factory manager and later site manager for a Swedish retail company, before changing career paths and beginning to work on a contract basis. As an interim manager, Simon's career stands out in change assignments with a focus on turnarounds and leadership. He most recently comes from a series of assignments as interim site manager, where he has been involved in foreign operations and, among other things, prepared factories for expansion, moved large-volume warehouses, restructured production lines, and implemented a turnaround where the task was to reverse a negative trend.
