Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an interim Work Manager for a construction company located in Mälardalen.
In the role of Interim Works Manager, you have the overall responsibility for establishing new corporate customers and maintaining long-term customer relationships. In addition, you follow up on ongoing projects and lead site managers who in turn operationally lead the projects.
To be considered for the role, you will have solid experience as a leader in the construction industry. You have a good knowledge of construction law and have proven experience in initiating and maintaining business relationships.
About the process:
The assignment is expected to last for 12 months with immediate start. We present candidates on an ongoing basis and interviews at the client company take place in connection with these.
