Interim Chief Commercial Officer
Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an interim Chief Commercial Officer for a company in Malmö with annual revenue of 2.1 billion.
In the role of interim Chief Commercial Officer, you will be responsible for sales and business development, with full P&L responsibility. The primary goal of your assignment is to drive change management within the sales organization.
To be a strong candidate for this role, you have a solid background in commercially focused positions such as Sales Manager or CEO, combined with experience in an operational leadership role as Logistics Manager. Ideally, you have a strong entrepreneurial spirit and have driven sales and organizational development at a medium-sized company that provides logistics services.
About the process:
The assignment is expected to last for an extended period, with an immediate start date. We will be presenting candidates on an ongoing basis, and interviews with the client company will take place in late October.
