Interim Compensation & Benefits Specialist
Interim Search has been commissioned to recruit an interim Compensation & Benefits Specialist for a fast-growing company in Stockholm.
In the role of interim Compensation & Benefits Specialist, you will be involved in operational harmonization efforts. Part of this involves leading and driving a global project in the compensation and benefits area.
To be considered for this role, you must have experience working in an international environment, be IT-savvy, and be a proficient Excel user. In your professional role, you are hands-on and driven, analytical, and organized.
About the process:
The assignment is expected to last approximately 14 months, starting as soon as possible in October. We will present candidates on October 9, and interviews at the client company will take place on the following business day.
