About the client
Interim Search has been commissioned to recruit an interim Business Developer for a company in Stockholm. The company is active in medical technology and software. The technology and hardware / software the customer has patented also has application areas outside the medical field, which they are now about to commercialize. The customers are large international organizations. The company is about to go public.
About the assignment
- You will lead the commercial development of the business.
- Responsibilities include market analysis, strategy, pricing and packaging of the offer.
- Close cooperation with external resources and colleagues.
- You will report to the CEO of the company
About who we are looking for
We are looking for a person with many years of experience in building new markets and meets the following criteria:
- Business-driven and creative.
- Experience in complex sales to large customers.
- Experience in international B2B sales.
- Result and target oriented.
- Self-motivated and unpretentious.
- Good communication and collaboration skills.
- Fluency in spoken and written business English.
- A background as Salesperson -> Product Manager -> Marketing Manager as well as experience from the industrial market is considered extra meritorious.
The assignment will start as soon as possible and is expected to last 6 months with a good possibility of transition to employment.
