Interim HR Project Manager part-time

For the role of interim HR project manager, we are looking for a highly experienced project manager with deep understanding and knowledge in HR and payroll.

Main mission statement: 

• Building and streamlining processes
• Implementation of new payroll system
• Employment law and negotiations
• Managing laws and contracts
• Reports to the HR Manager
• Work in teams of nine people
• Centralization of several regions' payroll processing - about 5,000 salaries will be moved to the same location during the year
• Travel occurs between different locations in Sweden (Stockholm, Malmö, Nyköping)
• The scope of the mission may increase in time during the period

Who we are looking for:

• Solid experience in managing HR and payroll projects
• Strong experience working in a complex, international organization
• Experience in implementing payroll systems
• Good knowledge of collective agreements and labor law
• As a person you are operational, determined and structured

About the process:
