Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an interim HR project manager for a part-time assignment of 40%, to a manufacturing group based in Stockholm
For the role of interim HR project manager, we are looking for a highly experienced project manager with deep understanding and knowledge in HR and payroll.
Main mission statement:
- Building and streamlining processes
- Implementation of new payroll system
- Employment law and negotiations
- Managing laws and contracts
- Reports to the HR Manager
- Work in teams of nine people
- Centralization of several regions' payroll processing - about 5,000 salaries will be moved to the same location during the year
- Travel occurs between different locations in Sweden (Stockholm, Malmö, Nyköping)
- The scope of the mission may increase in time during the period
Who we are looking for:
- Solid experience in managing HR and payroll projects
- Strong experience working in a complex, international organization
- Experience in implementing payroll systems
- Good knowledge of collective agreements and labor law
- As a person you are operational, determined and structured
About the process:
