He started as a business controller and gradually took on more responsibility until he was recruited to the position of finance manager at a company that manufactures grocery products. He thrived in the role of HR manager and soon had a team of 20 people under him. This paved the way for a position as Group Accounting Manager at a billion-krona company with responsibility for 20 subsidiaries. He was then offered the position of Group CFO for a government agency and CFO for a food conglomerate. He has now been an interim CFO for over ten years and has a long list of clients who have hired him as CFO—ranging from logistics companies, e-commerce, staffing and recruitment, to IT, telecommunications, consumer goods manufacturers, machinery manufacturers, and industrial companies.
