Interim Marketing Manager

Malin's career really took off when, three years after graduating, she was recruited by a telecoms company. There, she was promoted several times in a short period of time after proving her ability to boost the marketing department of several subsidiaries within the group. She was lured to a competitor, but quickly felt she wanted to move into a new industry and took the job of global marketing manager for an outdoor fashion company with 20 employees and responsibility for 25 markets. Once her employer became the established leader in its niche, the next change in her career came when she chose to work as an interim consultant. Three years into her new role, she has now been hired for four assignments: interim production manager for an advertising agency, interim marketing manager, interim product manager for a consumer electronics manufacturer and marketing manager for a Swedish manufacturing company targeting the consumer market with its market-leading consumer durables product.

In our opinion, there are few commercial interim consultants as good as Malin. She is open, positive, exceptionally knowledgeable and generous with sharing her knowledge, hardworking, creative and reliable. We see her primarily in a marketing manager role with staff responsibility, preferably for a company with trend-sensitive products and/or with a neglected marketing function that needs a clear and enthusiastic leader who creates order, structure and stability.
