Filip's career is a straight line of financial assignments, from his start as a financial assistant and controller to a long series of CFO roles, mainly in transaction-intensive environments such as FMCG and retail. Filip has often worked closely with CEOs and management teams during growth phases and company acquisitions, both in the Nordic region and globally. In the forward-thinking industries he has been involved in, he has helped build organizational structures that are well suited to the fast pace of the future. Just over a year ago, Filip started his own business to hire himself out as an interim consultant. He recently stepped down from his first (long) assignment in a food group where he was CFO for five companies with full responsibility for finance and accounting.
