Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an interim Site Manager for a logistics company that is in rapid expansion. The business is located in Stockholm, works with a few major customers and has a turnover of approximately SEK 350 million.
Main duties:
- Overall management of the site to ensure that it operates according to set targets for productivity, profitability and quality
- Manage a start-up e-commerce platform and be responsible for its development
- Building processes and flows and adapting to seasonal and external conditions
- Identify technical solutions and manage high-volume order flows
- Create financial forecasts and design action plan to improve analytical work
- Lead teams in multiple development projects and process improvements
- Staff responsibility for 100 people including two directly reporting middle managers
- Responsibility for supplier contract compliance and negotiations
- Leading the local management team
To be eligible for the role, you have:
- Solid experience in the above tasks
- Experience in managing and developing e-commerce solutions
- Background from logistics companies in build-up phase
- Strong analytical skills and good financial knowledge
- Experience in leading large teams in development projects
