Interim Head of Unit
Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint a Unit Manager for a public organization in the Gothenburg area.
The task is to support and lead the unit's economists in their daily work and to develop financial processes and the unit's work and support the municipality's business managers.
Main duties:
- Head of Unit of the Finance Unit
- Full staff responsibility and work management
- Driving change within the unit's development work
- Economic surveys and monitoring
- Interim and current accounts
To be eligible for the role:
- College or university degree in economics
- A few years of experience as a manager
- Experience of working in a politically controlled environment
- Experience in day-to-day financial work in the short term
- Good system knowledge and experience of working in different financial systems
