Interim Operations Manager
Interim Search has been commissioned to appoint an interim Operations Manager to a manufacturing company in Västra Götaland County.
Main duties:
- Tre direktrapporterande
- Ensure smooth production and delivery
- Overall responsibility, including budget responsibility for purchasing, planning, printing, production, warehousing, and distribution
- Lead and distribute work, and drive necessary improvement projects within the organization
- Personnel responsibility with responsibility for salary reviews, personnel development, and other personnel issues
- Ingår i ledningsgruppen och rapporterar till VD
- Monthly analysis, reporting, and KPI monitoring of the department's activities and results
- Overall responsibility for occupational health and safety work and ensuring that internal controls are carried out regularly
- Establish job descriptions and ensure that existing instructions are up to date
Who we are looking for:
- Experience in the above tasks
- Gedigen erfarenhet som Produktionschef eller Operations Manager
- Good knowledge of quality management systems, ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and GMP
- Good understanding of quality work and experience of driving improvement
- En van ledare med stort driv och som trivs att arbeta hands on
