Interim Chief Financial Officer

Fabien is an internationally experienced interim consultant with many years of experience in finance and general management roles in France. He has worked in Sweden for the past ten years and has, among other things, been head of the Business Controller function at one of the major mobile phone operators, with responsibility for ten employees. In his most recent position, he was CFO of a small listed biotechnology company, where he worked operationally with financial management, budgeting, forecasting, financial statements, and payroll, and was responsible for the HR and IT functions. He recently completed an interim assignment as controller for a beverage company, focusing on monitoring and streamlining cash flow and working capital.

Fabien is best suited to roles as a finance manager or senior business controller that include personnel responsibility, preferably in a complex business environment. He is also open to part-time assignments.
