Jesper started his career as a management consultant and worked for one of the world's leading strategy consulting firms before taking up a position in line management. He quickly advanced from Business Controller at a manufacturing company to Head of Business Control at a transport company with direct responsibility for eleven employees and was heavily involved in preparing the company for sale. In his most recent position, he worked for an international beauty company and was responsible for the Nordic finance function, which included responsibility for outsourcing projects, establishing an overseas-based Shared Service Center, and implementing a new forecasting system. For the past two years, he has returned to working as an interim consultant and most recently comes from an assignment as division controller for a multi-billion dollar IT solutions company.
Jesper is an experienced controller who enjoys hands-on work and responsibility for staff, preferably in a strongly commercial business environment during a period when the client is undergoing change. He is not afraid to take on new challenges and is driven by problem solving, which makes him particularly suitable to hire during a period of turbulence.
