Maja began her professional career with the county council. As the financial manager for one of the healthcare sectors, she worked on the operational side of accounting and financial management. She was recruited to the county council’s central management team and served as finance director for five years, with personnel responsibility for ten employees. For the past seven years, she has served as finance director for a national membership organization, where she has been responsible for financial administration, occupational health and safety, asset management, IT, and human resources. Since November of this year, she has been available as an interim consultant.
Maja is easygoing and enjoys organizing, streamlining processes, and managing staff. She handles all financial procedures independently and is well-versed in tax law.
