Pelle began his career as a consultant at a top-ranked international management consulting firm, before going on to work as sales director and CFO for a telecommunications group. In his most recent position, he was responsible for the finance function at a publicly traded investment group, where he significantly reduced the group's expenses and established new procedures for consolidated accounting and financial management, as well as performing budget and forecasting work. He has recently been hired to lead a turnaround assignment for a Swedish-owned processing company in Asia and has just completed an assignment as group CFO for a Swedish industrial company.
Pelle is an interesting resource for a larger company with an international focus that is facing change.
